HOW IT WORKS

Stage 1 : Consultation (FREE OF CHARGE)
The first stage is a chance for both client and trainer to have a short meeting to get to know one another so the client can feel at ease and discuss their goals and long term aims.

Stage 2 : Specific to you!
The second stage requires the client to undertake a series of short low intensity fitness appraisals measuring blood pressure, lung function, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

Stage 3 : Getting Started
OK let's get going! At this stage your trainer will be with you supporting you through a series of hourly training sessions helping with technique and motivation.

Stage 4 : Your Needs
As your fitness improves and you get closer to your long term goal your training sessions will adapt and your fitness level re-appraised to ensure the training is best suited to your needs and results obtained as quickly as possible.

 

REMEMBER!
The training is PERSONAL TO YOU, so whether you would rather
train at home or at work, mornings or evenings, the choice is yours.
