1 : Consultation
(FREE OF CHARGE)
The first stage is a chance for
both client and trainer to have a
short meeting to get to know one another so the client can feel
at ease and discuss their goals and long term aims.
Stage
2 : Specific to you!
The second stage requires the client
to undertake a series of
short low intensity fitness appraisals measuring blood pressure,
lung function, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Stage
3 : Getting Started
OK let's get going! At this stage
your trainer will be with you supporting you through a series of
hourly training sessions
helping with technique and motivation.
Stage
4 : Your Needs
As your fitness improves and you
get closer to your long
term
goal your training sessions will adapt and your fitness level re-appraised
to ensure the training is best suited to your needs
and results obtained as quickly as possible.
