This is why I define a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together with all my clients during our first consultation.
Having such elements as your body fat percentage, weight, blood pressure, peak flow, heart rate, flexibility as well as cardiovascular fitness and strength test results in place, will provide a clear starting block to your new healthier life.
This will additionally provide accurate figures we can work with and compare in the future to measure progress. I use these to develop a customised training programme for each of my clients,
tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.
