Exercise of the week!
This is the third of a new initiative by GMG Personal Training. Each week a new exercise will be added to the site in the hope that this will help people add variety to their workouts, or, if they don't already exercise, may inspire them to get started. This week the exercise chosen is a combination, "Squat, Curl, Press ." This great, multi-muscle movement, is a must to help improve muscle definition.
