GMG Personal Training has been based in Sale Cheshire since 2006.

Our aim is to help others, creating new positive habits, identifying purpose and setting meaningful goals; building resilience and changing life for the better. 

This is acomplished through a combinatioin of physical exercise, nutritional knowledge and mental health training.


Sessions can take place in our private training facility, or If you haven't got time to travel, or feel uncomfortable in a gym environment, we can come to you, providing training in the privacy of your own home. (Sessions also available at Sale Weight Training Club).

Sessions focus on meeting the particular needs of the client. We will build a customised training programme for you so we can reach your goals together.



Overcoming Barriers to Exercise

Starting a new exercise regime can be a daunting prospect for some people. Our aim is to make your training structured and easy to follow, as well as enjoyable guiding you towards the goals you're after. However, all this will require commitment and dedication on your part. 

If you don't feel confident about yourself or your ability to exercise on a regular basis, then this can dent your own beleif in your ability to achieve your goals, which ultimately impacts on your motivation. If this is a concern we would pay greater attention to your goal setting. Setting yourself realistic short term goals will enable you to achieve your long term goals in bite size chunks. This will slowly build your confidence and help you to progress.

Whatever your barriers to exercise, there is usually a simple way to overcome these obstacles and persue your training programme. Remember be patient and be committed and the benefits will far outweigh any extra effort.

Services cover four main areas, 

Physical Fitness: Whether you're new to exercise or an experienced athlete, GMG Personal Training can create an individual programme ideal for you.

Nutrition: The Diet and Nutrition Programme offered by GMG Personal Training will help you achieve your desired weight. With sensible and realistic instruction you will learn how to control your eating habits and maintain a healthy weight long term.

Mental Well-being: Using techniques such as mindfulness, meditation and positive affirmations you will learn to build mental resilience, cope with stress and ultimately be happy.

Sports Massage: Are you a keen sports person suffering from injury in need of rehabilitation? The Sports Massage Service offered by GMG Personal Training will help you regain full fitness and be back competing in your chosen sport.
