Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.
The classic training programme. Remember the sessions are built around you so we can train at a time and venue that's most convenient. Most of the sessions take place in the client's home however we can also jog through parks together or work out outside. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivational partner who supports you in your goals. You run 5 miles, I run 5 miles. That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.
Train with a friend
Want to train with a friend rather than on your own? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible. Also by training with a friend you can share the cost of the sessions between each other!
Another great option offered is group training. A maximum of four people can take part in a session at one time. Of course, the training for the group is based on the minimum skill level of all members. It is very important to me that no one gets left behind. After all, we want to achieve something together!
